To support this vision, KCM invites dynamic, curious, and ambitious Intern Doctors (JRMO/Medical Intern).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Take patient histories, perform examinations, and assist in diagnosing and managing medical conditions.
Carry out basic procedures including venepuncture, IV cannulation, catheterization, and wound care.
Participate in ward rounds, monitor vital signs, document clinical findings, and support emergency care under supervision.
Maintain accurate medical records, prepare case notes, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Engage in teaching sessions, audits, and continuous professional development activities.
Work collaboratively with nurses, allied health staff, and senior clinicians to deliver patient-centred care.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

MBChB/MD or equivalent medical degree
Successful completion of final medical exams
HPCZ provisional registration for internship
Valid annual HPCZ practicing licence
