Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused HR Consultant to manage payroll and provide HR advisory services to multiple client organizations. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with statutory requirements while delivering efficient and professional HR support.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients
Prepare and submit statutory returns (PAYE, NAPSA, NHIMA) within deadlines
Draft employment contracts and maintain employee records
Handle HR queries, grievances, and disciplinary processes
Provide HR advisory on recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
Prepare monthly HR and payroll reports for clients
Maintain accurate and confidential HR documentation

Minimum Requirements

Must be a registered member of Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management – ZIHRM
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge will be an added advantage.  
Strong knowledge of Zambian labour laws and statutory compliance (ZRA, NAPSA, NHIMA)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll systems
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
