Supervisor – Lusaka
Role Overview To support and alleviate the workload of the Security Operations Manager, ensuring effective supervision, coordination, and compliance across all security sites.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily deployments and sites coverage
Supervise and support Security Officers
Handle recruitment, discipline & staff training
Liaise with clients and address concerns
Ensure compliance with security protocols
Conduct briefings, spot checks & inspections
Submit daily and weekly operational reports
Support the Security Operations Manager
Motor bike riding experience and/or licence is an added advantage
Key Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to communicate in English
Must be based in Lusaka
3 years experience in private security industry
Military and Police experience is an added advantage
Must be 35 years or older and sober minded
