At least 5 to 10 years of experience in heavy industry or manufacturing, preferably within lime, cement, mining, or processing plants.

Strong expertise in industrial electrical systems, including motors, drives, PLCs, instrumentation, and automation.

Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Proficiency with maintenance management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
