About the Lead Software Engineer Role

Reporting directly to the Tools & Tech Lead, the Lead Software Engineer will oversee the design and implementation of scalable software architectures. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and project management skills to ensure the successful execution of software projects. Although this position does not involve direct reports, you will mentor junior developers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in software development.

• Demonstrated leadership and excellent communication skills.
• Experience working within agile development methodologies.
