KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Poultry Management:
Daily care and management of chickens (broilers and layers)
Experience in brooding, feeding, watering, and monitoring bird health
Cleaning and disinfecting poultry houses
Collecting eggs and maintaining production records
Identifying and reporting diseases or abnormal behavior
Onion Gardening:
Land preparation, planting, and transplanting onions
Watering, fertilizing, and weeding onion fields
Pest and disease control specific to onion crops
Harvesting, grading, and storage of onions
Maintaining garden hygiene and productivity
REQUIREMENTS
Age: 25 to 45 years
Minimum qualification: Certificate or Diploma in Agriculture OR proven practical experience in farming
Hands-on experience in:
Poultry farming (broilers & layers)
Brooding and flock management
Onion cultivation (planting to harvest)
Physically fit and willing to work in a farm environment
Honest, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision
