Glory Agricultural Investment Company Limited is involved in agriculture, construction-related activities, and international business operations. As we expand, we are seeking a Construction Project Assistant with strong technical training,It is more better for us if you have proven Chinese language ability, and China-based education experience to support communication and project coordination with our Chinese partners.

The Construction Project Assistant will support the company’s construction and infrastructure projects by coordinating between technical teams, management, suppliers, and Chinese stakeholders. The role requires strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate in a bilingual (Chinese–English) environment.

· Assist in planning, coordination, and monitoring of construction and engineering projects.

· Read, interpret, and review technical drawings, BOQs, designs, and related project documents.

· Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation for internal and external use.

· Coordinate procurement of construction materials, equipment, and services.

· Liaise with contractors, suppliers, authorities, and project stakeholders.

· Ensure project compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

· Support management with administrative and operational duties related to construction activities

· Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related major, such as:

· Civil Engineering

· Construction Management

· Architecture

· Structural Engineering

· Building Science

· Quantity Surveying

· Or other related fields

· Preferably: have studied in China.

·Understanding of construction processes and technical documentation.

· Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination skills.

· Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

· Experience working with Chinese companies or Chinese engineering teams.

· Familiarity with Chinese construction standards or terminology.

· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work independently and meet operational demands.
