Group Project Manager – Strategic Projects and Operations

Silandela Investments Company (SIC) is seeking a highly organized and execution-driven Group Project Manager to oversee strategic projects and operational initiatives across its portfolio companies and business units.
The successful candidate will coordinate project implementation, monitor timelines and budgets, manage stakeholder engagement, and ensure alignment between executive strategy and operational execution across sectors including infrastructure, mobility, energy, finance, agribusiness, and technology.
Key Responsibilities
– Coordinate and monitor strategic projects across subsidiaries.
– Track project timelines, budgets, KPIs, and deliverables.
– Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and implementation updates.
– Support stakeholder engagement with investors, regulators, consultants, and partners.
– Drive operational efficiency and execution discipline across the Group.
– Support institutional growth, governance systems, and organizational structuring.
Requirements
– Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
– Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management, strategic operations, consulting, or multi-project environments.
– Strong leadership, coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
– PMP, PRINCE2, or related certification is an added advantage.
