About the Role
This role focuses on remote fleet monitoring, data analysis, and reliability improvement using advanced digital tools and telemetry systems. You will work closely with operations and maintenance teams to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor mining equipment performance using telemetry and maintenance data
Analyze asset reliability, availability, and performance trends
Provide real-time alerts and technical support to customers
Support RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and reliability improvements
Engage with site teams and lead remote monitoring meetings
Drive cost-saving and performance optimization initiatives

Requirements
2–6 years mining or heavy equipment experience
Strong knowledge of hydraulics, mechanical & electrical systems
Experience with data analysis, telemetry, and digital tools
Good understanding of mining operations
Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mining / Mechanical / Electrical)
