Job description

National Road Fund Agency (NRFA) – Toll Collector (20 Positions)

Base station: Mainza Chona Toll Station (Mazabuka)
Station category: Class “B”
Department: Road Tolling

The National Road Fund Agency (NRFA) is a body corporate established under the National Road Fund Act No. 13 of 2002 of the Laws of Zambia. Its core function is to manage and administer the Road Fund in Zambia, in addition to managing road tolling operations.

The Agency invites applications from suitably qualified, dynamic, self-motivated, proactive and experienced Zambians for 20 Toll Collector positions.

Job objective
Reporting to the Senior Toll Collector, collect and receipt toll fees from road users.

Required qualifications
• Full Grade Twelve (12) General Certificate of Education.
• Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, Accounts or equivalent.
• 1–2 years’ work experience.
• Pleasant interpersonal skills.
• Good communication skills.
• All submitted academic and professional qualifications must be verified by the Zambia Qualifications Authority (ZAQA).
