Vacancy: Accountant / Finance & Administration Officer
My Perfect Stitch, a Lusaka-based design and manufacturing company operating across bags, furniture, and interiors, is inviting applications for the position of Accountant / Finance & Administration Officer.
Role Overview
The role involves maintaining financial records, managing receivables and payables, supporting compliance, and preparing regular financial reports to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Manage invoicing, receivables, and supplier payments
• Perform bank, mobile money, and petty cash reconciliations
• Support payroll and statutory compliance
• Track project costs and prepare financial reports
Minimum Requirements
• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–3 years’ relevant experience
• Strong Excel skills
• Knowledge of Zambian statutory requirements is an advantage
Position Details
Lusaka | Full-time
K7,000 – K10,000 (Negotiable)
