PROFESSIONAL BUS DRIVER

Macho Premium, a fast-growing and customer-focused transport service provider, is seeking to recruit highly disciplined, experienced, and professional Bus Drivers to join our operations team. We are committed to delivering safe, reliable, and comfortable travel experiences, and we are looking for individuals who share our standards of excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operate company buses safely and efficiently on assigned long-distance routes
Ensure the highest level of passenger safety, comfort, and satisfaction
Strictly adhere to road traffic regulations and company policies
Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
Promptly report any mechanical faults or incidents
Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the assigned vehicle
Deliver professional, respectful, and customer-oriented service at all times

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Valid PSV (Public Service Vehicle) Driver’s License
Minimum of 3–5 years proven experience in bus or heavy-duty vehicle driving
Strong knowledge of Zambian road networks, especially Lusaka, Chipata, and Kashikishi routes
Clean driving record with no history of reckless driving offenses
High level of discipline, integrity, and reliability
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Physically fit and able to work flexible hours, including early mornings and overnight trips

ADDED ADVANTAGES:
Defensive Driving Certification
Experience in long-distance passenger transportation
Basic mechanical knowledge of vehicles
