Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and responsible Bar Man to manage bar operations, serve customers efficiently, and ensure a great customer experience during events.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
– Prepare and serve drinks (alcoholic & non-alcoholic)
– Handle customer orders quickly and professionally
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
– Monitor stock levels and report shortages
– Record daily sales accurately
– Handle cash and mobile payments responsibly
– Ensure responsible alcohol service at all times

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements
– Minimum Grade 12 certificate
– Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is an advantage
– Good communication and customer service skills
– Ability to work under pressure (especially during busy events)
– Honest, reliable, and well-presented
– Basic knowledge of drinks and mixing is a plus

Added Advantage
– Experience in events, clubs, or hospitality industry
– Knowledge of stock control or POS systems
