Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team and support our expanding land development and construction projects.

Key Requirements
– Degree in Land Surveying or a related field.
– Minimum of 4 years’ proven experience in land surveying.
– Proficiency in GPS, Total Stations, AutoCAD, GIS, and other surveying tools.
– Strong understanding of cadastral and topographical surveys.
– Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
– Strong communication and report-writing abilities.
– Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Main Responsibilities
– Conduct land and topographical surveys for property and development projects.
– Establish and verify land boundaries and site measurements.
– Prepare survey reports, maps, drawings, and legal descriptions.
– Operate and maintain modern surveying equipment and software.
– Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams on project execution.
– Analyze survey data and ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
– Maintain accurate field notes, records, and survey documentation.
– Support site planning, land subdivision, and infrastructure development projects.
