Administrative Assistant – Key Responsibilities:
Providing administrative support, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence
Assisting with document preparation, filing, and record-keeping
Coordinating office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
Supporting procurement processes and maintaining office supply inventory
Acting as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer service
Administrative Assistant – Qualifications and Skills:
Diploma in Business Administration or any Business-Related Course
Grade 12 Certificate
2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Sales and Marketing Consultant – Qualifications:
Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field (degree is a plus)
1–2 years of sales experience
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
