Key Responsibilities
β’ Maintain records of land sales and available plots
β’ Track client payments, instalments, and balances
β’ Update and organize client and property databases
β’ Prepare sales and payment reports
β’ Handle customer inquiries and office documentation
β’ Support daily office operations and site visits
β’ Manage records for other businesses under the company
Requirements
β’ Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
β’ Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
β’ Basic accounting and payment tracking knowledge
β’ Good communication and computer skills
β’ Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented
