Sun King Zambia Limited is looking for a warehouse facility for lease/rental in Lusaka meeting the following specifications:
- Minimum warehouse size: 6,000 sqm
- Clear height between 8–10 meters
- Well ventilated facility
- Minimum 2 x 5m main access gates plus employee exit gate
- Proper lighting with natural daylight roofing/skylights
- Smooth non-slippery terrazzo/industrial flooring
- Parking/loading area for 3–4 x 40ft trucks
- Functional smoke and motion detectors
- Clean ladies and gents ablution facilities with reliable water supply
- Office space for 6 two-seater workstations
- Proper waste management plan
- Existing racking installation will be an added advantage
