FAWEZA is inviting reputable hotels and lodges across Zambia to submit tenders for the supply of accommodation and conference facilities for 2026 to support its programs and projects.

📍 Target Locations

• Lusaka Province – All districts
• Copperbelt – Ndola
• Northern – Kasama & Mpika
• Western – Mongu & Kaoma
• Southern – Livingstone
• Eastern – Petauke, Chipata & Lundazi
• North-Western – Kasempa & Solwezi
• Central – Serenje
• Luapula – Mansa
• Muchinga – Chinsali

📋 Requirements

Interested bidders must submit a detailed company profile including:

• Company experience in accommodation & conferencing services
• Capacity (rooms & conference facilities per event)
• Copy of Registration Certificate
• Tax Registration & ZRA Tax Clearance Certificate
• Physical address of the company
• Directors’ details and contacts
• At least two (2) trade references
• All documents combined into one PDF file
