Motorcycle & Auto Spares Business | Lusaka | Full Time

THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR EVERYONE

We are looking for someone who can drive sales using both content on social media and customer relationships.

This is not a passive admin role.

This is a growth role.

You must be able to:

– Create engaging social media content consistently

– Generate leads through Facebook, WhatsApp, TikTok, and other platforms

– Speak confidently with walk-in customers

– Build long-term customer relationships

– Lead and supervise a small sales team

If you are only experienced in “posting flyers” or basic page management, this role will not be the right fit.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITY

Your job is simple:

Bring customers into the business and help increase sales consistently.

You will do this through:

– Content creation

– Digital marketing

– Customer relationship management

– Team leadership

– In-person sales support

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Creation & Marketing

– Create social media content for Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp, and Instagram

– Write captions, record videos, take product photos, and create promotional posts

– Run and manage paid advertising campaigns

– Generate leads and inquiries through digital platforms

– Help grow the company’s online visibility and engagement

Sales & Customer Relationships

– Assist walk-in customers professionally

– Follow up with customers and maintain long-term relationships

– Build and maintain a customer database

– Convert inquiries into sales

Leadership & Operations

– Supervise and motivate 2 sales representatives

– Help the team hit weekly and monthly sales targets

– Maintain professionalism and good customer service standards in the shop

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Non-Negotiable Requirements

You MUST:

– Have proven experience creating social media content

– Understand how to attract customers online

– Be confident communicating with customers in person

– Be comfortable leading a small team

– Be proactive, organised, and results-driven

Strong Advantage If You Have:

– Experience in auto spares, motorcycles, or retail sales

– Experience running Facebook Ads or boosted campaigns

– Experience using Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools

– A portfolio showing content you have personally created

SALARY

K4,000 per month

Negotiable based on proven ability and experience.
