WE’RE HIRING: SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Are you driven, persuasive, and passionate about building relationships? Vaimar Farms Limited is looking for a results-oriented Sales Representative to help grow our customer base and strengthen our presence in the agricultural market starting with egg distribution and expanding into broader agribusiness opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

·        Identify and secure new customers (retailers, wholesalers, and institutions)

·        Maintain strong relationships with existing clients

·        Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

·        Monitor market trends and competitor pricing

·        Coordinate with operations to ensure timely delivery

·        Provide regular sales reports and feedback

Requirements

·        Proven experience in sales (agriculture experience is an added advantage)

·        Strong communication and negotiation skills

·        Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

·        Ability to work independently and meet targets

·        Valid driver’s license (preferred)
