About the Sales Agent Role

As a Sales Agent at Magnum Security, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining excellent customer engagement. Your efforts will directly contribute to the company’s market presence and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities for Sales Agent Jobs in Lusaka

  • Promote and market Magnum Security’s procurement services to prospective clients.
  • Generate sales leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and field visits.
  • Deliver client presentations and clearly explain product and service offerings.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and other sales documentation.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with both existing and potential clients.
  • Follow up promptly on inquiries, quotations, and pending business opportunities.
  • Negotiate pricing and service terms within company guidelines.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance goals.
  • Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing trends, and customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business opportunities.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality service delivery.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum Grade 12 Certificate with at least five ‘O’ levels, including credit or better in Mathematics and English.
  • Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Procurement and Supply, or a related discipline.
  • At least one year of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Experience in procurement, supply chain, or B2B sales is an advantage.

  • Ability to identify and convert business opportunities effectively.
