- Client communication and WhatsApp management
- Attending to walk-in clients professionally
- Data entry and operational record management
- Updating leads, pipeline and disbursement records
- Running official errands
- Document filing and office coordination
- Supporting daily office operations
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Good typing and computer skills
- Professional and presentable
- Able to think independently and solve problems
- Reliable, punctual, and organized
- Comfortable running errands and working full-time in office
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office / Google Sheets is an added advantage
