Black Rock Security Services is hiring a Recruitment Officer for a full-time position based in Lusaka.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes of security officers.
- Maintain and update employee records and recruitment databases.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment standards.
- Provide general administrative support to the operations team.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma in any administrative or related field.
- Proven administrative experience is required.
- Age: 35 years and above.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.

- Valid driver’s license.
