Role Overview: Recruitment Manager Jobs in Lusaka

As a Recruitment Manager at Level up Zed, your primary responsibility will be to source, assess, and recommend qualified candidates for employment. You will play a critical role in maintaining a consistent weekly recruitment pipeline and collaborating closely with management to ensure smooth onboarding processes. This role demands a proactive approach to meet recruitment targets and contribute to the company’s workforce development.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit potential employees who align with company standards
• Verify candidates meet all required qualifications and criteria
• Maintain a steady flow of candidates to support weekly hiring goals
• Coordinate with management on candidate progress, training completion, and onboarding

Performance Targets and Probation

The role has clearly defined recruitment targets to ensure consistent hiring success:

• Minimum of 10 successful recruits per week
• Minimum of 40 successful recruits per month

A successful recruit is one who completes training, passes evaluation, and is officially employed by Level up Zed. Exceptional performance and exceeding monthly targets may be rewarded with additional bonuses.

This position includes a probation period of three months. Performance will be closely reviewed during this time. Should the minimum targets not be met within the first month, the company reserves the right to reassess the contract and determine whether to continue the engagement.
