Recruitment Manager

We are looking for a Recruitment Manager to work with us on a contract basis.
The main responsibility of this role is to recruit and recommend suitable candidates for employment within our company.
Main Responsibilities
- Find and recruit potential employees
- Ensure candidates meet company requirements
- Assist in maintaining a steady weekly recruitment pipeline
- Coordinate with management regarding candidate progress and onboarding
Targets & Expectations
Minimum target: 10 successful recruits per week
Minimum monthly target: 40 successful recruits per month
A successful recruit is defined as:
- A candidate who completes training
- Passes evaluation
- Is officially employed by the company
Additional bonuses may be awarded for exceeding monthly targets and exceptional performance
Probation Period
- The probation period is 3 months
- Performance will be reviewed during this period
If minimum targets are not met during the first month, management reserves the right to review the agreement and determine continuation.
Requirements
- Good communication and networking skills
- Ability to recruit and manage candidate flow
- Responsible and goal-oriented
- Experience in recruitment or team building is an advantage
