Primary Family Teacher (Cambridge) Jobs in Lusaka, Zambia The Kabamba’s family is seeking a passionate and qualified primary family teacher (Cambridge) jobs in Lusaka, Zambia to provide dedicated homeschool education for three children in Grades 2, 4, and 6. This role requires expertise in the Cambridge curriculum and a commitment to fostering academic excellence in a nurturing home environment. About the Primary Family Teacher (Cambridge) Role This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with a supportive family, delivering high-quality instruction tailored to individual student needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing the Cambridge Primary curriculum and preparing a Grade 6 student for the Cambridge Primary Checkpoint examinations. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging, comprehensive lessons across all core subjects for Grades 2, 4, and 6 Adhere to the Cambridge Primary curriculum framework and standards Prepare the Grade 6 student for Cambridge Primary Checkpoint assessments Plan and facilitate extra-curricular activities to support well-rounded development Monitor and evaluate student progress through regular assessments and constructive feedback Create a stimulating, supportive, and nurturing learning environment Maintain accurate records of student achievements and developmental milestones Qualifications and Experience Certified primary education teacher with relevant qualifications Demonstrated strong knowledge and experience with the Cambridge curriculum Proven ability to teach multiple grade levels simultaneously Familiarity with Cambridge Primary Checkpoint examination requirements Excellent classroom management and organizational skills Creative and adaptable approach to lesson planning and delivery Effective communication skills with both students and parents Capability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs Working Hours and Location Days Hours Monday to Thursday 08:00 – 14:00 Friday 08:00 – 12:00 Total Weekly Hours 28 hours Location: Ibex Hill, 4th Street, Lusaka, Zambia Start Date: As soon as possible (ASAP) Benefits of Joining The Kabamba’s as a Primary Family Teacher (Cambridge) Manageable working hours with no weekend commitments Small class sizes enabling personalized attention and tailored instruction Supportive and welcoming family environment Meaningful opportunity to significantly impact the educational journey of three children How to Apply for Primary Family Teacher (Cambridge) Jobs in Lusaka, Zambia Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV, teaching qualifications, and a cover letter detailing their experience with the Cambridge curriculum and multi-grade teaching to evanskabamba47@gmail.com.
