🩺 About the Roles

Successful candidates will support daily pharmacy operations by ensuring safe dispensing of medicines, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining high professional standards.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription and over-the-counter medicines accurately

• Provide medicine advice and basic health counselling

• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and standards

• Manage stock, including controlled medicines

• Conduct basic health checks (BP, blood sugar, under-five weight)

• Maintain proper storage, cleanliness, and temperature control

• Monitor expiry dates and stock levels

• Support overall pharmacy performance and customer satisfaction

✅ Minimum Requirements

• Full Grade 12 Certificate

• Pharmacy Technologist: Diploma in Pharmacy

• Valid registration with HPCZ (mandatory)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Good computer knowledge

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• 2 years experience in a retail pharmacy

• Leadership or supervisory experience

• Resident of Lusaka

Fluent in Nyanja,Bemba, and any other languages
