🔹 Minimum Requirements
• Valid Mine Captain Certificate of Competency recognized in Zambia
• Proven experience in underground mining operations
• Strong knowledge of mine safety, production planning, and statutory compliance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results
• Full compliance with Zambian mining and safety regulations
