Real Estate Intermediary Director Jobs in Lusaka – Position Overview
As the inaugural Director of the Real Estate Intermediary Department, you will oversee all operational aspects, including team building, market expansion, and daily administration. Your leadership will focus on managing second-hand housing and land brokerage services, driving business growth, and achieving strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop department strategies, operational guidelines, and set monthly and annual performance targets.
- Lead recruitment, daily management, and supervision of the intermediary team.
- Identify and cultivate property and land resources while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Coordinate house viewings, negotiate deals, and oversee transaction processes.
- Manage business risks and standardize workflow procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Candidate Requirements

- Proven leadership capabilities with experience in team management and staff training.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Established network of high-value clients and extensive real estate resources.
- Age 30 to 45; both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Marketing, or related fields; fluency in English required. Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.

- Competitive gross monthly salary ranging from 15,000 to 18,000 Zambian Kwacha.
