Available Positions and Key Responsibilities
- Site Engineer / Agent (1 Position)
Manage all technical aspects of project implementation including measurements, quality control, and documentation. - Surveyor (1 Position)
Oversee quantity surveying measurements, alignment setting, cost estimation, contract compliance, and tender preparation. - Earthworks Foreman (3 Positions)
Supervise embankment fills, pavement layers, compaction, and base stabilization. - Sealing Foreman (1 Position)
Lead all chip sealing and asphalt operations on road projects. - Laboratory Supervisor (1 Position)
Conduct laboratory testing and on-site sampling of construction materials. - Environmental / Safety Supervisor (1 Position)
Implement and monitor Environmental and Social Management Plans (ESMP) on site.
Qualifications and Experience Required for Construction Jobs in Zambia

| Site Engineer / Agent | Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Highway Engineering; Registration with EIZ and ERB | 10 years in road and bridge construction projects |
| Surveyor | Grade 12 Certificate; Bachelor’s or equivalent in Quantity Surveying; EIZ membership | Minimum 10 years in construction quantity surveying |
| Earthworks Foreman | Diploma in Civil Engineering or NCC Certificate; EIZ Technologist/Technician registration | 8 years in road and bridge construction |
| Sealing Foreman | EIZ Technician/Craftsman registration | 8 years supervising sealing operations on road projects |
| Laboratory Supervisor | Diploma in Civil Engineering or NCC Certificate; EIZ membership | 8 years with concrete and soil testing on road and bridge projects |
| Environmental / Safety Supervisor | Bachelor’s in Environmental Science or Natural Resources Management | 8 years, preferably with road and bridge construction experience |
