OPEN POSITIONS:

1. Software Developer X2

Qualifications:
◇ Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or IT related fields.
◇Certificate in any programing Language will be added advantage.
◇ Technical Skillls in Java, python, SQL, Java scripts, data structures,C++.
◇ Grade 12 or G.C.E Certificate

Skills:
●Proficient in programing languages (e.g Java, python, SQL).
● Software Design
●Problem Solving with projects and internships crucial for landing entry level roles.

Practical experience:
A portfolio showcasing project’s (e.g GitHub ), internships, and familiarity with tools like Git are often more crucial than formal education for securing roles.

Core Competencies and Focus Areas:
System Knowledge:
Understanding software architecture, object-oriented design, and development methodologies like Agile/Scrum.

2. Marketing Manager
Qualifications & Requirements Education:
○ A Bachelor’s degree is standard, with relevant fields including marketing, communications, advertising, or business administration.

Experience:
Most employers require at least 3–5 years of experience in marketing, with prior experience as a marketing lead, specialist, or assistant.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software, Meta Ads Manager, WordPress) is highly required.

Certifications:
While not always mandatory, certifications from bodies like the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) or specialized digital marketing courses can be beneficial.Key CompetenciesLeadership & Strategy: Experience leading teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, strategic planning, and budgeting.Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data to measure campaign ROI and adjust strategies.Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for team collaboration and presenting to stakeholders.Creativity: Ability to create innovative campaigns to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

Education:

● Grade 9 or Full Grade 12 Certificate with credits in English and Mathematics.

Professional Qualification:

A Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution.

Entry-level roles may accept 1+ years of experience, but standard positions usually require 2–5 years of proven sales experience.Specific industry experience (e.g., FMCG, Telecommunications, or Real Estate) is frequently preferred.Licenses:

Fluency in English is essential, while proficiency in local languages (e.g., Nyanja or Bemba) is often required for field interactions.Technical Skills: Competency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM software or digital marketing tools for reporting and tracking.Reporting: Ability to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for the Marketing Manager to track performance and market feedback.Personal Attributes: Must be results-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure with minimal supervision.

Identification:
Must possess a valid Green National Registration Card (NRC) to prove Zambian citizenship
