Maxim Maintenance Solutions Limited is currently seeking qualified and experienced professionals for multiple construction jobs in Lumwana, Northwestern Zambia. We invite motivated individuals to apply for full-time positions at our Manyama site, offering a dynamic work environment within the construction and mining sectors.

Available Positions for Construction Jobs in Lumwana

We are recruiting for the following roles to support our ongoing projects:

Foremen
Bricklayers
General Workers
Position Requirements and Qualifications

Each role requires specific qualifications and experience to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on site:

Foremen
Grade 12 Certificate is mandatory
Certificate or Diploma in Construction, Building, or related field is an advantage
At least 3 years of experience in construction or mining projects
Proven ability to supervise teams and interpret site works
Valid Silicosis Certificate is required
Bricklayers
Minimum Grade 9 or Grade 12 Certificate
Demonstrated experience in bricklaying and block work
Ability to read basic drawings is a plus
Valid Silicosis Certificate is mandatory
General Workers
Minimum Grade 9 or Grade 12 Certificate
Physically fit and hardworking attitude
Experience in construction or mining environments is an advantage
Valid Silicosis Certificate is required
General Requirements for All Applicants

Immediate availability for deployment
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong teamwork skills and good conduct
