Available Executive Positions

1. Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the company’s vision, strategy, and growth initiatives
• Forge and maintain partnerships with investors, banks, and regulatory bodies
• Drive fundraising efforts and business development activities
• Serve as the public representative of the company
• Enhance expansion and investor confidence

Requirements:

• 4 to 6 years of leadership or management experience
• Background in finance, investments, real estate, fintech, or business development
• Exceptional communication and networking skills
• Proven experience in fundraising and strategic partnerships
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong decision-making capabilities

2. Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial planning, reporting, and budgeting
• Manage investment structures and ensure financial transparency
• Prepare comprehensive investor reports and financial projections
• Support fundraising and regulatory compliance

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in accounting, banking, finance, or investment management
• Strong expertise in financial reporting and analysis
• Knowledge of real estate finance and investment structures
• Experience with audits, budgeting, and investor relations
• Professional financial qualifications are advantageous

3. Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the company’s digital investment platform
• Lead software development and platform scalability efforts
