Warehouse Supervisor (2 Positions)

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, dispatch, and staff supervision. This role ensures operational efficiency, safety, and accuracy in stock management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise warehouse staff and daily activities.
  • Ensure proper receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials and products.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and stock movements.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse.
  • Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams.
  • Prepare reports and maintain documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and FIFO practices.
  • Train and guide warehouse personnel.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in warehouse supervision.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Electrical & Instrumentation Technician/Engineer (5 Positions)

This role involves installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical and instrumentation systems to support continuous plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation faults.
  • Maintain PLCs, sensors, motors, drives, and control systems.
  • Ensure safe and efficient equipment operation.
  • Monitor electrical systems and instrumentation.
  • Support production teams during breakdowns.
  • Maintain maintenance records and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years industrial experience, preferably in manufacturing or processing plants.
  • Knowledge of PLC systems and industrial automation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.

Machine Operator (Biscuits & Plastic Experience)

The Machine Operator will efficiently operate and monitor production machinery to meet targets while ensuring product quality and safety. Experience in biscuit manufacturing and plastic processing is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor machine performance and product quality.
  • Perform routine checks and basic maintenance.
  • Minimize downtime and report faults.
  • Follow production schedules and SOPs.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Ensure products meet quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Grade 12 certificate or technical qualification.
  • Experience with biscuit or plastic manufacturing machines.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge.
  • Ability to work shifts and collaborate in teams.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Team Lead (4 Positions)

The Team Lead will supervise operators and production staff to ensure smooth operations, productivity, quality, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise production teams.
  • Allocate daily tasks and monitor performance.
  • Ensure production targets are met.
  • Enforce safety and quality procedures.
  • Report operational issues and downtime.
  • Support staff training and development.
  • Maintain discipline and teamwork.
  • Prepare shift and production reports.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or relevant technical qualification in engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in manufacturing.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage teams under pressure.
  • Knowledge of production processes and safety standards.

General Engineering Supervisor (GES) – Gold Mining Industry

The General Engineering Supervisor will oversee maintenance activities within the mining operation to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient equipment and plant infrastructure performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise maintenance and repair for mining and plant equipment.
  • Coordinate mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and fabrication teams.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and engineering standards.
  • Support production teams to minimize downtime.
  • Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and equipment performance.
  • Supervise artisans, technicians, and contractors.
  • Maintain engineering reports, inspections, and maintenance records.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mining, or Heavy Equipment Engineering.
  • Engineering Supervisory Certificate is an advantage.
  • 5 to 10 years’ experience in mining or heavy industry.
  • Experience supervising maintenance teams in gold mining environments.
  • Strong knowledge of fixed plant and mobile equipment maintenance.
