Stage Host / Hostess
These professionals facilitate the flow on stage, ensuring the correct trophy is handed to the presenter at the exact moment the winner is named.
Trophy Officer / Custodian
A behind-the-scenes career focused on the inventory, engraving, and safe transport of all physical awards to the venue.
Runner
A high-speed coordination role that retrieves presenters from their tables or dressing rooms and ensures trophies are delivered to the stage hands at the right time.
