Jubaili Agrotec Zambia is looking for a Logistics Officer to join our team in Lusaka, Zambia.

This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with experience in logistics coordination, customs clearing support, transport follow-up, procurement support, and operational documentation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating import and export shipment follow-up
• Liaising with clearing agents, transporters, suppliers, and internal teams
• Supporting customs documentation and regulatory compliance
• Monitoring fleet documentation and operational logistics activities
• Assisting with procurement processes, quotations, and supplier coordination
• Tracking dispatches and ensuring timely deliveries

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics or clearing operations preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
