Zambia Sugar Plc is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals for the position of Senior Project Manager in the Business Improvement Department.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Lead delivery of major capital projects from concept to commissioning
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and according to specifications
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and milestones
• Oversee project governance, procurement, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
• Manage contractors, consultants, and service providers supporting project delivery
• Ensure compliance with engineering, safety, and corporate standards
• Monitor project progress and provide clear communication on risks and outcomes

🔹 Minimum Requirements
• Full Grade 12 Certificate
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related field)
• Professional Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent)
• Proven experience managing projects exceeding K50 million
• Preferably 10 years’ experience in manufacturing or industrial project management
• Strong knowledge of PMO systems, project methodologies, and governance frameworks
• ZAQA verified qualifications where applicable
