The Food Reserve Agency (FRA) is inviting applications from motivated, honest, and results-oriented individuals to fill the position of Satellite Depot Clerk. This role supports the management of Zambia’s national food reserves by ensuring proper handling and verification of commodities.

🔹 Job Purpose
To oversee depot operations and ensure accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of commodities while maintaining quality standards.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily depot operations
• Verify quality and quantity of commodities received and dispatched
• Issue and manage purchase and receipt documentation
• Conduct stock counts and prepare reports
• Supervise loaders, general workers, and security personnel
• Ensure proper weighing and inspection of commodity bags
• Maintain accurate records and gate registers

🔹 Minimum Requirements
• Full Grade 12 Certificate or 5 GCE ‘O’ Levels
• Certified academic qualifications
• Police Fingerprint Clearance (required before appointment)
