Easywin Bet Limited, a reputable lottery operations company in Zambia, is seeking energetic and customer-focused individuals to join its team as Sales Representatives.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Sell lottery products and assist customers with ticket purchases and prize redemption
• Operate lottery terminals and ensure accurate transactions
• Promote lottery games, rules, and ongoing promotions
• Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries
• Maintain cleanliness and professionalism at sales outlets
• Safeguard tickets, equipment, and cash
• Conduct daily sales reconciliation and reporting
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

🔹 Requirements
• Grade 9, Grade 12, or GCE Certificate
• Sales or customer service experience is an added advantage
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic numeracy and cash handling ability
• Ability to communicate in English (local languages like Nyanja are an added advantage)
• Honest, reliable, and responsible
• No criminal record or bad credit history
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
