China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation, under the TAZARA Project, is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Safety Engineer.

🔹 Duty Stations
• Mpika – 1 Position
• Kapiri Mposhi – 1 Position

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Implement and monitor workplace health and safety procedures
• Conduct site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments
• Investigate accidents and prepare reports
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness training
• Monitor proper use of PPE
• Maintain safety records and documentation
• Promote a strong safety culture at project sites

🔹 Requirements
• Full Grade 12 Certificate
• Bachelor’s Degree in Safety Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in construction, railway, mining, or heavy industrial projects
• Valid Safety Certificate from a recognised institution or professional body
• Good communication, leadership, and report-writing skills
