Maamba Energy Limited is inviting applications for the position of Electrical Foreman to lead and manage electrical maintenance operations, ensuring high equipment availability and adherence to safety standards.

🔹 Role Overview
The Electrical Foreman will supervise electrical technicians, coordinate maintenance activities, and ensure optimal performance of electrical systems while supporting operational efficiency.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Plan and schedule maintenance for electrical systems and equipment
• Lead and supervise the General Electrical Services team
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults
• Forecast and manage spare parts and inventory
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with mining, environmental, and safety regulations
• Promote a safe working environment and prevent hazards
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns
• Collaborate with other departments to improve equipment availability

🔹 Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in power electrical systems (mining experience preferred)
• At least 3 years in a supervisory role
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with design/planning software is an added advantage
