GEYES Incorporated is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Assistant Human Resource Officer to join its growing HR team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
πΉ Key Responsibilities
β’ Support recruitment processes (advertising, shortlisting, interviews, onboarding)
β’ Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR databases
β’ Assist with payroll inputs (attendance, leave, timesheets)
β’ Implement HR policies and procedures
β’ Handle employee queries and support staff welfare initiatives
β’ Coordinate training, inductions, and performance appraisals
β’ Ensure compliance with Zambian labour laws
β’ Prepare HR reports and documentation
πΉ Qualifications & Experience
β’ Full Grade 12 Certificate
β’ Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
β’ Minimum 1β2 yearsβ experience in HR or administration
β’ ZIHRM membership (or eligibility) is an added advantage
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
β’ Knowledge of Zambian labour laws and HR practices

β’ Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
β’ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
