πŸ”Ή 1. Chief Operations Officer (COO)

πŸ“ Department: Administration
πŸ“Œ Reports To: Executive Director

Job Summary
A senior leadership role responsible for overseeing operations, ensuring efficiency, and driving implementation of organizational strategy.

Key Responsibilities
β€’ Lead and manage overall organizational operations
β€’ Drive process optimization and operational efficiency
β€’ Coordinate production of annual reports
β€’ Ensure alignment with strategic goals and deliverables
β€’ Oversee procurement, facilities, and regulatory coordination
β€’ Monitor performance using dashboards and strategic plans
β€’ Provide financial oversight including budgeting and analysis
β€’ Support business development and sustainability initiatives
β€’ Supervise Zambart Services Department (ZSD)

Requirements
β€’ Degree in Accounting or full ACCA
β€’ MBA (mandatory)
β€’ Minimum 10 years’ experience (preferably in NGOs)
β€’ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
β€’ Financial management and reporting expertise
β€’ Proficiency in MS Office / Microsoft 365

πŸ“ Department: Human Resources
πŸ“Œ Reports To: Head of Human Resources

Job Summary
Supports implementation of learning and development programs and contributes to building a strong learning culture within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
β€’ Assist in identifying training needs and developing programs
β€’ Coordinate and schedule training sessions
β€’ Prepare training materials and learning content
β€’ Support evaluation of training effectiveness
β€’ Maintain training records and documentation
β€’ Assist with mentorship and coaching programs
β€’ Provide administrative support on HR L&D activities
β€’ Monitor employee leave tracking and related tasks

Requirements
β€’ Degree in HR, Public Administration, Psychology, Education, or related field
β€’ 2–3 years’ experience (L&D experience preferred)
β€’ Strong communication and organizational skills
β€’ Proficiency in MS Office / Microsoft 365
β€’ Ability to handle confidential information professionally
