πΉ 1. Chief Operations Officer (COO)
π Department: Administration
π Reports To: Executive Director
Job Summary
A senior leadership role responsible for overseeing operations, ensuring efficiency, and driving implementation of organizational strategy.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Lead and manage overall organizational operations
β’ Drive process optimization and operational efficiency
β’ Coordinate production of annual reports
β’ Ensure alignment with strategic goals and deliverables
β’ Oversee procurement, facilities, and regulatory coordination
β’ Monitor performance using dashboards and strategic plans
β’ Provide financial oversight including budgeting and analysis
β’ Support business development and sustainability initiatives
β’ Supervise Zambart Services Department (ZSD)
Requirements
β’ Degree in Accounting or full ACCA
β’ MBA (mandatory)
β’ Minimum 10 yearsβ experience (preferably in NGOs)
β’ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
β’ Financial management and reporting expertise
β’ Proficiency in MS Office / Microsoft 365

πΉ 2. Learning & Development HR Assistant
π Department: Human Resources
π Reports To: Head of Human Resources
Job Summary
Supports implementation of learning and development programs and contributes to building a strong learning culture within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Assist in identifying training needs and developing programs
β’ Coordinate and schedule training sessions
β’ Prepare training materials and learning content
β’ Support evaluation of training effectiveness
β’ Maintain training records and documentation
β’ Assist with mentorship and coaching programs
β’ Provide administrative support on HR L&D activities
β’ Monitor employee leave tracking and related tasks
Requirements
β’ Degree in HR, Public Administration, Psychology, Education, or related field
β’ 2β3 yearsβ experience (L&D experience preferred)
β’ Strong communication and organizational skills
β’ Proficiency in MS Office / Microsoft 365
β’ Ability to handle confidential information professionally
