About the IT Infrastructure Support Officer Role

The role of IT Infrastructure Support Officer focuses on ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of computer hardware, software, and network systems. You will be responsible for installing, upgrading, and repairing IT infrastructure components, while providing technical support to end users. Key Responsibilities for IT Infrastructure Support Officer Jobs in Lusaka

  • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software, including desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, and communication devices.
  • Provide technical assistance to end users to ensure efficient operation of hardware and software systems.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records of all computer hardware and related components, tracking their status and lifecycle.
