Basic Requirements for HR Position
- Diploma or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of practical HR experience (recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll, employee relations).
- Experience in security, factory, property or outsourcing industry is an advantage.
- Able to handle recruitment, interviews, contracts, attendance, payroll, NAPSA and staff discipline.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel for data and reports).
- Strong communication, organization and confidentiality skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Familiarity with Zambia Employment Code Act and labor regulations.
