Job description
Basic Requirements for HR Position Diploma or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field. Minimum 1–2 years of practical HR experience (recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll, employee relations). Experience in security, factory, property or outsourcing industry is an advantage. Able to handle recruitment, interviews, contracts, attendance, payroll, NAPSA and staff discipline. Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel for data and reports). Strong communication, organization and confidentiality skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Fluency in English (written and spoken). Familiarity with Zambia Employment Code Act and labor regulations.
