BYMART INVESTMETS LIMITED is a growing company committed to excellence, professional development, and creating a high-performance workplace. We seek an experienced, results-driven Human Resources Officer to support HR operations and contribute to a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee full-cycle recruitment: job descriptions, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding.
Administer HR policies, employee records, and HRIS data entry and maintenance.
Coordinate probation reviews, performance appraisal processes and support talent development initiatives.
Manage payroll input coordination, leave administration and employee benefits queries.
Provide guidance on employee relations, disciplinary matters and grievances, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Support learning & development activities and maintain training records.
Prepare HR reports, metrics and recommendations for management.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 3 years’ practical HR experience, preferably in a corporate or fast-paced environment.
Sound knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Proficiency with HRIS, MS Office and recruitment platforms.
Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving and organizational skills.
High level of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism.
