Housekeeping Supervisor

The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations
- Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards are met
- Train and guide housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures and standards
- Manage housekeeping schedules and staff productivity
- Monitor and control linen, cleaning supplies, and inventory
- Report maintenance issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
- Work closely with Front Office to ensure rooms are ready on time
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in housekeeping (hotel experience preferred)
- Previous supervisory experience is an added advantage
- Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a team
- Professional appearance and attitude
