Hotel Receptionist

Number of Positions: 4 (2 males, 2 females)

Work Location: Lusaka

Job Responsibilities:

– Responsible for hotel front desk reception, warmly welcoming guests during check-in and check-out.

– Handle procedures related to guest check-in, check-out, and extensions.

– Answer phone calls, handle customer inquiries, reservations, and complaints.

– Assist guests in resolving any issues encountered during their stay.

– Responsible for cashier duties, account registration, and daily business report preparation.

– Maintain the cleanliness of the front desk area and uphold a good hotel image.

– Maintain good communication and coordination with the housekeeping department and other departments.

– Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:

– Age 18-30 (2 males and 2 females for this recruitment).

– High school education or above.

– Good communication skills; Chinese language proficiency is preferred.

– Proficient in computers and office software.

– Responsible and conscientious, with strong service awareness and team spirit.

– Experience in hotels, customer service, or front desk work is preferred.

– Able to work in shifts, including night shifts.
