Graphics & Customer Service Officer Opportunity in Solwezi
Repro Ltd is seeking a dedicated graphics customer service officer to join our team in Solwezi, North Western Province. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing graphic design projects, handling cashiering duties, supporting customer inquiries, and overseeing copy center operations to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. This multifaceted position demands creativity, accuracy, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Graphic Design: Create and prepare artwork for printing and branding, including flyers, banners, brochures, posters, and business cards. Edit and format customer artwork to meet print-ready standards while adhering to company quality and branding guidelines. Support marketing campaigns with innovative design content.
- Cashiering: Accurately process customer payments, issue receipts, maintain transaction records, and perform daily cash reconciliations with detailed reporting.
- Customer Service: Respond promptly to walk-in, telephone, email, and WhatsApp inquiries. Provide product and pricing information, resolve customer complaints efficiently, track orders and delivery timelines, and uphold professional service standards.
- Copy Center Operations: Operate photocopying, printing, binding, laminating, and scanning equipment. Ensure timely and accurate job processing, monitor print quality, assist customers with document preparation, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain comprehensive job records and daily reports, coordinate orders with production teams, monitor stock levels for printing materials, and ensure compliance with company procedures and standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in Graphic Design, Business Administration, Marketing, ICT, or a related field.
- At least 2 years’ experience in graphic design, customer service, cashiering, or copy center operations.
- Proficiency in CorelDraw, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar graphic design software.
- Strong computer literacy and effective communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong customer service orientation.
- Residency in Solwezi is required.
